  15. Make ready 2-4 tbsp Vegetable oil
  16. Make ready 1-2 paneer cubes, grated
  17. Make ready 2-3 tbsp Pav Bhaji powder
  18. Prepare 1-2 tbsp Ghee
  19. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper powder
  20. Take Salt as per taste
  21. Make ready Water
  22. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  23. Get 1/2 tsp hing/ asafoetida
  24. Make ready 2 paneer/cottage cheese cubes
Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium low flame. Add cumin seeds, hung/asafoetida and chopped onions. Then add chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp of salt.
  2. Then add all the veggies and salt. Stir well and cook them for 1-2 mins. Add turmeric, coriander, red chilli, black pepper powder, kitchen king and garam masala. Mix everything well.
  3. Add some water and mix well. Let them cook on medium low flame.
  4. Start mashing the mixture. After mashing the veggies, add mashed potatoes.
  5. You can also add some water (if required). Again mash everything very well (not too fast). Once it's done, add 1 or 2 tsp of ghee in it.
  6. Your lip smacking Pav bhaji is ready. Garnish it with some grated paneer and salad. Enjoy :))
