  28. Make ready 1 tsp salt or acc to taste

  31. Prepare 1 cup dahi

  33. Get 1 small tomato chopped (with out seeds)

  4. Jab chicken aur pyaz, garlic gal jae to nikal lein plate mein, Agar potli dali hay wo bhi nikal lein aur mins aur cook karen yakhni ko phir flame band kar ke yakhni nikal lein bowl mein.Chicken ko over nahi karni ke toot jae kun ke Pyaz dahi ke sath bhi cook karna hay.
  5. Nearly 30mins lagte hain kam se kam chicken ko magar mutton ya beef ko zaida time lage ga jab take achi tarha gal jaen.
  6. Chawal ko time se Bhigo dein.
  7. Oil garam karen, sabut garam masala dalen, tez patta, thora cook ho to pyaz sliced dal ke medium brown karen zeera bhi sath dalen, thori pyaz garnish ke leye nikal lein.
  8. Medium brown pyaz se pulao ka rung bht Acha aata hay, zaida brown na karen, agar aap white colour ka rakhna chahte hain to onions ko golden karen bus
  9. Jese onions brown hon add chicken, and fry it, than add ginger garlic paste, fry add dahi, green chillies, aur jo lehsun boiled nikala tha wo hath se crush ke dalen thori se pyaz bhi crush dalen aur bht achi tarha bhun lein.Bhunai bht achi karen oil a jae to yakhni dalen 5 glasses.   10. Jab acha boil a jae to flame medium to low kar dein lemon juice dalen 1tbsp, salt taste karen agar kam ho to add Karen.Uper neche karen chawal
  11. Pani dry hony lage, bubbles a jaen to dum pe rakhen Tawe pe. Zarda clr pani mein dissolve kar ke dalen. green chillies sabut aur thori brown pyaz dal ke dhak dein. Flame5min tez raken phir low pe kar ke dum de, chahen to lid pe weight raken takay steam under rahe ya kapra se cover karen
  12. After 15_20 mins pulao ready, bohat khusbo dar yakhni Pulao bane ga.Serve with raita, salad. Mein kabhi orange colour use karti hun kabhi nahi karti.
  13. Special Raita,Alu ke small cubes, matar aur carrots ko boil karen salt dal ke, onions aur tomatoes ko chop karen.
  14. Dahi ko beat karen salt aur black pepper ke sath aur thori se sugar aur 1/2tsp roasted and crushed Zeera
  15. Sub sabzian dahi mein dalen mix karen chalen to thori green chillies aur Podina bhi dal dein. Its very tasty raita.
